HYPSOS is a personal photography project. This page explains, in plain language, the little information the site collects and how it is used.

What is collected

The only personal information HYPSOS collects is your email address, and only if you choose to give it by subscribing. The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not build profiles on its visitors.

How it is used

Your email address is used for one purpose only: to send occasional messages announcing each new Aloft added to the archive. Nothing more. Your address is never sold, rented, or traded. It is handled only by the email service we use to deliver these messages, and is never shared for any other purpose.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time, in either of two ways: use the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every email we send, or simply write to privacy@hypsos.earth and ask to be removed. Once you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the list and we stop sending.

Photographs and downloads

Images in the archive are made available to view and download for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. HYPSOS retains ownership of all photographs.

This site and everything on it, including its content, its emails, and any material made available for download, are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HYPSOS and its owner accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, or consequence of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising in any way from the use of this site, reliance on its content, receipt of its emails, or use of any downloaded material. You use this site and everything on it entirely at your own risk.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page, with a new date above.
